If you are paying by check, just write a brief note with the details and include it with your payment. If you are paying online, here's the process:

Click on the "Add to cart" button for the appropriate membership (family or individual).

In the next screen that appears, change the default quantity from "1" to the number you want. Click the "Update cart" button to enter this new quantity into your order.

If you need to pay for a different type of membership or add a business listing, return to the Club website, click on another "Add to cart" button and update the quantity for that item if needed.

When you complete the check-out process, please include the details in the "Notes" section. If paying for other current members, I will need their names.

If paying for other new members, I will need their contact information too -- at the very least I would appreciate knowing their email address, if they have one, or phone number, if no email.
